Orders
The orders will be prepared within 5-7 working days after the order confirmation.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost depends on the weight and volume of the selected products.
You can verify the amount of the shipping cost while setting the order, and adding products to the cart before the conclusion of the purchase.
Courier
O Med Store entrusts its shipments only to international couriers, which can guarantee a safe and quick delivery.

Credit Card
In the case of payment by Credit Card, while concluding the online transaction, the bank authorizes only the amount related to the purchase. The Credit Cards accepted are all the ones that use a Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura, and Discover circuits.

The warranty
The legal warranty applies to all purchases made at O Med Store. It is valid for 12 months.
According to the law the default revealed has to be communicated to Doctor Shop within 3-5 days from discovery. The legal warranty is not applicable for accidental damages or for failure caused by unsafe use.

Since we are an international online store, all of our prices on our platform exclude the charges of Tax / VAT/import charges and MOH clearance, ..etc the buyer will take care of these charges.
