Orders
The orders will be prepared within 5-7 working days after the order confirmation.

Shipping cost
The shipping cost depends on the weight and volume of the selected products.
You can verify the amount of the shipping cost while setting the order, and adding products to the cart before the conclusion of the purchase.

Courier
O Med Store entrusts its shipments only to international couriers, which can guarantee a safe and quick delivery.
The delivery will happen, at the address you gave, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Payment
Credit Card
In the case of payment by Credit Card, while concluding the online transaction, the bank authorizes only the amount related to the purchase. The Credit Cards accepted are all the ones that use a Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura, and Discover circuits.
When is ready to pay the customer is brought on the PayPal platform, which invites the customer, if he wants to proceed with the payment, to type the credit card details.
When the transaction is correctly done, the goods, if available, will be reserved and will be shipped after a previous check on the customer’s data.

PayPal
PayPal is the ideal solution to send and receive money online without sharing your financial data: it is enough to have an email address.

The warranty
The legal warranty applies to all purchases made at O Med Store. It is valid for 12 months.
According to the law the default revealed has to be communicated to O Med Store within 3-5 days from discovery. The legal warranty is not applicable for accidental damages or for failure caused by unsafe use.

Tax / VAT/import charges and MOH clearance .. etc
Since we are an international online store, all of our prices on our platform exclude the charges of Tax / VAT/import charges and MOH clearance, FDA approval ..etc the buyer will take care of these charges.

Return & refund Policy

Items may be returned within 3 working days from the date of receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when sold. A proof of purchase (receipt) must also be provided.

Please note:

• All costs related to delivery and collection will be borne by the customer.

• To initiate a return, please contact us via email. If your return is accepted, we will send you further instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days. The refund will cover the product price only, excluding the original shipping fee.

Important Notes:

• Shipping and handling charges shown on the invoice are non-refundable.

• All return shipping fees must be prepaid and insured by the customer.

• The customer is responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipment.

• The same applies to items rejected by customs, the Ministry of Health (MOH), FDA, or any regulatory authority in the customer’s country.

In cases where the items are not cleared by customs due to lack of necessary approvals, and the cost of returning the items is greater than their actual value, we reserve the right to request destruction of the goods without issuing a refund.
